2. How we use information

3. Legal bases for processing (EU/UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on these bases:

4. Information about your team members

The Service lets you enter information about other people — your team members — such as their first names and the departments they handle. If you enter information about other individuals, you confirm that you have the authority and any necessary permission to provide it, and that you are responsible for informing those individuals about how their information is used in connection with your account. We process this information on your behalf solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Marketing calls & text messages (your consent)

If you opt in, we may contact you by phone call or SMS/text message for marketing purposes, including about your evaluation, our services, and related offers.

We maintain records of consent as required by applicable law (including the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act).

6. Cookies & local storage

We use a strictly necessary session cookie (am_session) to keep you logged in, and browser local storage to save your progress through the evaluation. These are essential to the Service. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies; if that changes, we will update this Policy and obtain consent where required.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:

Some sharing with advertising partners may be considered a “sale” or “share” under certain U.S. state laws even without money changing hands. See Section 11 for how to opt out.

8. AI processing

To classify your company and generate recommendations, the Service may process the company description and related inputs you provide using artificial intelligence, which may include third-party AI providers acting as our processors. We instruct these providers to use your information only to perform the processing we request. The evaluation outputs (including any savings or capacity figures) are estimates for informational purposes only and are not professional, financial, or legal advice or a guarantee of results.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion as described in Section 11.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, such as encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls, and we store account credentials using protective measures rather than in plain text. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted. EU/UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

12. International data transfers

We operate from the United States, and your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own. Where required for transfers from the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

13. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
