You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity under your account. AgentMapper helps you map your organization, classify your business, and produce an AI-agent “org chart,” evaluation, and summary that suggest where AI agents and tools might support your operations. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. The Service is provided for informational and planning purposes.
You retain ownership of the information and content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to use, process, store, and display Your Content as needed to operate and provide the Service to you.
If you submit information about other people (such as your team members’ names and roles), you represent and warrant that you have the authority and any necessary permissions to provide that information and to allow us to process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for your handling of others’ information and for any notices or consents required.

If you provide your phone number and give your separate, express consent, you agree that AgentMapper and those acting on its behalf may contact you by phone call and SMS/text message, including for marketing, at the number you provide. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP (reply HELP for help) or by emailing [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages about your account. The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the AgentMapper name and logo, is owned by AgentMapper, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service may reference, integrate with, or display third-party products, tools, or logos (for example, third-party AI assistants). Those names and logos are the property of their respective owners, and any reference does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership unless expressly stated. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output, estimate, or recommendation will be accurate or achieve any particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentMapper disclaims all such warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentMapper, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentMapper, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, Your Content, your submission of others’ information, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 9, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any applicable arbitration agreement, you and AgentMapper agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
